These terms cover your use of Fullsy — the browser extension, the website, and a Fullsy Pro license. Fullsy is operated by JB Alan LLC ("we," "us"). By installing the extension or buying a license, you agree to these terms.
Fullsy is a browser extension that captures full-page screenshots of web pages you choose to capture, and lets you annotate, export, and locally review those captures. The everyday capture toolkit is free. Fullsy Pro unlocks the Records suite and AI-agent capture. All capture processing happens on your device — see our Privacy Policy.
A Fullsy Pro license is a personal, non-transferable right to use the Pro features, granted to the individual named on the license for as long as it is active. It comes in two forms, and you should buy the one that matches how you use Fullsy:
A "lifetime" license means for the operational life of the Fullsy product — we will honor it for as long as we offer and maintain Fullsy. It is not a guarantee that the product will exist forever. Each license key is for one person; please don't share, resell, or publish your key.
Because every install includes a 30-day free trial to evaluate Pro before paying, we keep refunds simple: if you're not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it. This does not limit any refund or withdrawal rights you have under the law where you live.
Fullsy captures pages at your direction. You are responsible for what you capture and for having the right to capture and use it. Please:
Fullsy's Capture Records include SHA-256 fingerprints that let you verify a stored capture has not been altered since it was taken. This makes a record tamper-evident — a useful integrity signal. It is not legal advice, a certification, a trusted third-party timestamp, or a guarantee that any capture will be accepted as evidence in any proceeding. Whether a capture is admissible or persuasive anywhere is up to that forum, not us.
Fullsy is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will capture every page perfectly or be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JB Alan LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability relating to Fullsy is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the prior twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms; the current version is always posted at this URL with a new "last updated" date, and material changes take effect when posted. If you keep using Fullsy after a change, you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
